Rally Timing Setup Guide

📋 Before the Rally

2. GPS Device Management

• Await delivery of GPS tracking devices
• Store in a secure location until rally day

🚗 On Rally Day

3. GPS Activation

• Important: Activate all GPS devices one hour before departure
• Ensure activation occurs in an open sky area for proper satellite connection and good mobile signal

4. Verification Process

• Confirm activation status of all GPS devices via the Check GPS page we will provide you

🏆 After the Rally

5. Tracking Completion

• Verify on the monitoring map that all GPS devices have completed the final stage before deactivation
• Document any devices that did not complete the course

6. Device Deactivation

• Turn off all GPS devices following the proper shutdown procedure
• Account for all devices in your inventory

7. Equipment Return Preparation

• Pack all materials in their original containers
• Complete the equipment checklist to ensure nothing is missing

8. Collection Logistics

• Prepare for scheduled pickup on Monday
• Ensure all packed equipment is accessible and ready for transport
